This house is currently partitioned off into a discounted, 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 Bath & pullout couch in the living room or book the entire White House (separate listing). What’s great is that whether you’re traveling with just your partner or a large group we can accommodate.

When you enter you'll find a great laundry room to set all of your recreational toys, coolers etc. The front porch is open seasonally.

This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer.

A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay!

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel.. Most businesses have bike racks outside, parking is usually a breeze but walking is also safe at all hours of the day and night. There is a shuttle that transports people to and from Boyne Mountain. Inquire about more information.

Parking at the house is free. There is room for four vehicles. Two in the driveway and two in the grass between the sidewalk and the road. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.

We allow for 1 dog, no cats. Please note if there is additional cleaning (muddy foot prints, lots of hair, waste in the yard) needed after hosting your pet, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. Please crate or confine your pet if/when left alone. Even the most well behaved four-legged family members can panic in a new/different environment.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
