Perched 280 feet above Lake Charlevoix with unparalleled panoramic sunrise to sunset views, just one mile from downtown Boyne City, nests this incredible Douglas Fir custom timber-framed home on 23-acres The lake-facing deck, is where you'll want to start your mornings and end your nights. Wildlife come and go silently and provide the 'up north' back drop you've been wanting to experience.

There is one king bedroom ensuite on the main floor. This bedroom has a loft with trundle bed. The other two bedrooms are in the lower, walkout level where you'll also find a living room with futon, a foosball table, shared full bath and even a garage with yard games and bikes! The kitchen has a fantastic space to gather so seating for your whole crew won't be an issue.

The driveway is long providing fantastic privacy, but it has a steep incline. All wheel drive is absolutely required in the winter. There is one parking spot at the bottom of the driveway for those that may need to 'carpool' to the top! Its worth the trek:)

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

The house is less than 2 miles from downtown Boyne City so everything is within reach! The majority of the drive to town is a 25 mph zone so a bike ride to town is reasonable. The home is privately located and hidden on a woodland hilltop overlooking Lake Charlevoix! The Hill Nature Preserve is just across the road, the entrance is North on the right.

There is plenty of outdoor parking available at the house, one can easily park 5 vehicles or more on property.

Driveway is long, winding, and steep at some points. All wheel drive or 4x4 will be needed in the winter months.

We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
