The open-concept main floor is filled with natural light and features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and a dining area centered around a cozy indoor gas fireplace.

* Bedroom 3: King Bed- main level with adjacent, shared full bathroom

* Additional Beds: Four Queen Beds and Two Twin Beds

* Lower-level game room with a pool table and bar area.
* Backyard with space for yard games, a campfire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced.

We own another 5 bedroom home just a short walk away if you're looking to host a larger group. We love to host bride/groom families, but do not allow parties at the homes. We allow for a dog, but please inquire in advance.

Hi, We're Will and Brienna (aka NoMi Getaways Vacation Rentals)! We live and work in Northern Michigan and feel incredibly lucky to call this area home with our two teenage kids. We work on curating stays that feel calm, beautiful, and thoughtful—right down to the mattresses, linens, and little details that make a trip feel special instead of generic. We manage several short-term rentals in the Petoskey / Charlevoix / Boyne area, so we know how important it is that everything is spotless, easy to use, and exactly as described. We love good design, meaningful travel, and sharing our favorite local spots—whether that’s the best place to watch the sunset, grab a cocktail, or sneak in a morning coffee with a view.
